Topuverse service
Topuverse provides digital game top-ups for supported games. Availability, package sizes, delivery times and supplier coverage can change. A displayed package is not a promise that a supplier will always be available.
Accounts and player IDs
You are responsible for entering the correct game account or player ID. When live player verification is unavailable, Topuverse may allow you to continue after warning you. A top-up delivered to the player ID you submitted is treated as delivered.
USDT wallet balance
Topuverse accepts USDT on Solana for wallet deposits. Send only the token and network shown on the deposit invoice. Deposits are credited only after Topuverse independently verifies the on-chain transaction. Customer withdrawals are not offered in the initial release.
Orders and fulfillment
When you place an order, the required wallet balance is reserved. It is captured after confirmed delivery. If a primary supplier confirms non-delivery, Topuverse may use an exact mapped backup supplier. A slow, missing or uncertain response alone does not authorize a second purchase.
Misuse
Do not attempt to reuse blockchain transactions, exploit pricing, interfere with payment verification, abuse supplier systems, access another user's account, or use Topuverse for unlawful activity.
Changes and availability
We may pause deposits, ordering, individual games or supplier routing when needed for security, maintenance, pricing protection or supplier reliability.
