Refund & Failed-Order Policy

Before delivery
Game-order funds are reserved from your Topuverse balance first. If fulfillment conclusively fails and no safe backup delivery is possible, the reservation is released so those funds become available again.
Uncertain supplier responses
If a supplier response is uncertain, Topuverse does not automatically repurchase or release the funds. The order is held for status reconciliation or manual review to reduce the risk of duplicate delivery.
Successful digital delivery
Digital game currency that has been successfully delivered to the submitted player ID is generally not reversible. Check your player ID before confirming an order.
Crypto deposits
Blockchain transfers cannot be reversed by Topuverse. Sending the wrong token, wrong network or funds outside the invoice flow can require manual review and may not be recoverable. Overpayments detected on a valid invoice are recorded rather than silently discarded.
Wallet balance
The initial Topuverse release is deposit-and-spend. Customer withdrawals of Topuverse wallet balance are not available.
