Information we use
Topuverse stores account details such as your name and email, wallet ledger records, deposit invoice references, game order details, player IDs, and operational audit records needed to provide and protect the service.
Blockchain information
Solana transactions are public blockchain data. Topuverse records transaction signatures and payment details needed to verify deposits and prevent the same transaction from being credited more than once.
Passwords and wallet keys
Account passwords are stored as one-way password hashes. Topuverse does not require or store your Solana seed phrase or private key. Never send a seed phrase or private key to Topuverse.
Suppliers
For game fulfillment, necessary game delivery details such as player ID and package selection may be sent to the supplier handling the order. Topuverse does not send your Topuverse password to game suppliers.
Security and retention
Payment and order records may be retained for fraud prevention, reconciliation, accounting, dispute handling and service security. Access to customer and administrative functions is restricted through authenticated server-side routes.
